Key Programs:
Nebraska’s primary performance-based incentive program provides qualifying companies with tax credits and other benefits based on job creation, wage levels, and capital investment.
Supports the preparation and development of industrial sites and buildings, including infrastructure improvements and other activities that help properties become ready for business investment
Provides funding to eligible communities for projects that create economic opportunities and support business development, including certain infrastructure and public facility improvements.
Assists eligible municipalities with infrastructure improvements needed to support qualifying economic development projects.
